Customer Reviews for Ascent Tree Care

Olga Esther Maldonado ★★★★★

Experience was great from start to finish. Great communicator, and ensured to meet all my expectations. Would highly recommend!! Truly cares for trees and is honest in providing feedback on the health of trees. Knowledgeable and respectful. Leaves the area nicely cleaned. Please give small businesses the opportunity to excel. Thanks Taylor!

Lauren Browder ★★★★★

So thankful for Taylor! We had a cat stuck at the top of a very tall pine tree in our yard for several days before we could find anyone who would help us. He not only climbed to the top but also set a trap with food and was able to safely rescue the poor thing!

Kristi Inshaw ★★★★★

I had been trying to get someone out to take some trees down. They were the first company to call and show up when they said they would. They are wonderful and professional. Will only be calling them from now on.

I have had the pleasure of working with Donnie several times over the past few years. He is always prompt, does what he says he is going to do and is extremely conscientious about his work. He gives a quote prior to the work being done and explains to you what he plans to do. His pricing is competitive with other tree companies in the area. He is the owner of the company and takes great pride in his work and his employees. All of his employees are hard working, professional individuals. In three days time he removed 6 trees from my property and limbed up, cleaned up and sealed cavities in approximately 6 more trees. He raked up and cleaned all of the debris around each tree and left the area looking nicer than before. I was impressed!

Mr. Chancey did an incredible job cutting down approximately 20 trees and grinding the stumps. He came, surveyed the area and presented me with an estimate to do the work. He performed with calculated precision. My trees were well over 40 feet plus. Every tree fell exactly where he calculated. His team was respectful of my property and cleaned up every day before departing. They cleaned up so well, I wasn’t sure they were going to return. The 3 day process is still amazing to me each time I look at my back yard. It looks so huge without the trees taking up the space.

Matthew and his crew are excellent. They went above and beyond moving a tree that had partially fallen on my house. They were knowledgeable enough to remove the tree without causing any further damage to the house. When I need another tree down in my yard, I am definitely calling Cathedral Tree Service.
