Customer Reviews for Chaparral tree service

Leigh-Anne Boland ★★★★★

We hired Mark to come prune/trim some large trees in our yard. He also removed another small tree. We couldn't have been happier with his work! One of the trees in the front yard was obscuring the house. After the trim, not only could you see the house, the yard just looked so much better overall. Mark was so professional and his prices are very reasonable. We would highly recommend him!

Nick and Michael did a terrific job removing some brush, climbing and topping 2 large trees and delivering and planting another tree. They were on-time, completed the job as promised (and as quoted). They were also more competitive than another option that quoted the job. They are highly recommended!!!!

The team working our job was impressive. All 5 were dressed in matching company shirts. They worked quickly and made the job look easy. The equipment used was well cared for and efficient in cutting branches and trunks of trees. 1 1/2 trees were cleared with no damage to our house or property. The cleanup was done well, leaving us impressed and pleased.

It all begins with Katie, the receptionist with exceptional people/telephone skills. Then there is Jess, the owner, who comes to give the estimate. He is detailed, knowledgeable, professional and is fair in his pricing. When all is finalized the crew shows up as scheduled and is on time. I can't say enough about this company. Greg, the supervisor, was very hands on and was very accommodating to me in how I wanted my trees to be trimmed, lifted up or removed. He, too, was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer my concerns and questions. It was a stress free 4 hours. In the end, my yard looks fabulous and my trees are beautiful. The crew was so efficient that after they left, it was if they had never been here. Highly recommend this company!
