Customer Reviews for Complete Tree Care Inc.

Rich Macha ★★★★★

Complete Tree Care did a great job removing our dead 60 foot tree. Lauren was wonderful handling my request. The estimate was done quickly and easily. Once the permit was granted, scheduling was prompt. The crew arrived as scheduled. James was very professional and knowledgeable. The 4 man crew carefully removed the tree in sections to ensure no damage to the home or nearby plantings. They removed the stump and all that is left is a perfectly rectangular level spot where the tree once stood. They even raked up the tiny branches and pine cones. I highly recommend Complete Tree Service.

Complete Tree Care did exactly that - they gave COMPLETE TREE CARE! We had a huge dead tree in the front of our house, that needed to come down. Complete Tree Care started the job in September and finished yesterday! We knew when they were coming each time - and each time they came as scheduled. They are reliable, professional and so precise in how they took down this tree. The whole crew worked with one another - always in communication to make sure that the tree was taken down without incident. They kept me informed throughout the process and kindly cut a piece off the trunk to make an outside table! Yesterday they came to level the trunk down - and you will see by the picture they did exactly that! I would highly recommend Complete Tree Care - I'm a New Yorker and not always easy to please - so believe me, if you need to have a tree taken down, go with Complete Tree Care - they were professional, reliable and kept to a schedule! You will not be disappointed with their workmanship!

On April 16, Complete Tree Care once again did an outstanding job dropping and cleaning up 25 trees for us. As always, the crew did a great job above and beyond what is expected. I would definitely "use them again and recommend them to a friend". Thank You!

They had to deal with an HOA and did so wonderfully. They cleaned up behind themselves and cleaned saw dust off the neighbors fence. They even swept the street where some leaves fell off when hauling away. Their price was very fair and lower than other quotes. They were respectful and finished the same day. I highly recomend them.

Wish I could give no stars or negative, because they definitely do not deserve any stars related to their customer service and quality. We have a place in Tall Pines Campground, Lewes Del. We had a tree that needed to be removed due to potential damage to our camper. We were told by the campground that we need to use their “preferred contractor”. We were told that they would be bringing in a crane to remove the tree and that we needed to pay in advance and they will get to us when their schedule allows.

This company helped several of my neighbors with downed trees after a severe windstorm in January. They seemed happy with their work so I decided to call and get an estimate for some tree removals on our property. They were fairly quick to come out and look and give us a quote and scheduled a day within the week to come out and do the work. Several of our trees were very large and required climbing to top them. I was very impressed with the skill level of the team of workers! The guy they had hired to do the stump grinding couldn’t stay as long as needed, snd we were told they’d have to come back another day to finish up. They requested payment and swore they’d be back to finish the job. Several days went by and I heard one excuse after another why they couldn’t make it out. Then we were told their own grinder needed a new starter and that as soon as that order came in they’d be out. Today is the day the starter was supposed to be here and now I can’t get an answer to text or to calls!
