Customer Reviews for Cooper's Creative Concepts

Jenny Snelling Etheredge ★★★★★

Andrew and his crew removed a 70'+ dead pine tree from our backyard without damaging our property and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. He was professional, timely, and consistent throughout the experience, and handled a big job with a smile and easy-going manner that made us feel at ease. We'd definitely use Cooper's Creative Concepts again and recommend to our friends. Thank you, Andrew!

Jurgen van den Woldenberg ★★★★★

I used several services. I had trees, stumps and branches removes, but I also had a slap of concrete poured. In all cases the team delivered excellent work. What I really appreciated was that after they finished they cleaned up the work area. I'll use them for future projects and recommend them to everyone.

We suffered a water main break at our home last weekend. The busted main was under our driveway and was gushing up under the drive. We called Cooper's Creative Concepts and he immediately came to help us resolve the issues to include trenching out the concrete to find the busted pipe, repaired the break, and filled in and repaired the concrete drive. Thankful for this young man's professionalism, talent and knowledge in all things concerning our issues. We were back up and running with water to our home again in a very short time. His rate was very reasonable and his craftsmanship is superb! Would recommend this company to others and will use Cooper's again in the future when the need presents itself. Kudos Cooper's!

Had several trees I needed trimmed and saw Chris working by a friend's house and got his card. Chris discussed his thoughts about needed to be done and delivered. I was impressed with his attention to detail and focus on safety. After all, I didn't want him to get hurt or damage my house. Price was reasonable and really enjoyed meeting Chris. I'd have him back in a heart beat! Oh yeah, he also hung up a pulley for my amateur radio antenna way up in one of my trees. Nice touch!

Diven Tree Services did an outstanding job for us. Daniel, the owner, is a very honest and humble man. He quoted us a reasonable price and didn't change it. We hired him to remove two trees, grind the stumps and trim a third tree. He also removed the underbrush from a wooded portion of our yard. Everything was hauled away. His work crew did an awesome job us. They worked hard all day long and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. You can tell when a business owner treats his employees well! He had the tools and equipment to do the job right! I highly recommend Daniel and his crew for any yard clearing task! Thanks Daniel and crew!!

Contacted payneless tree removal to cut down two trees and grind the stumps. They came and cut down the trees and said they would return in 2 days to grind the stumps…like many other reviews stated, they never came back to grind the stumps. Sent 3 or 4 messages/texts to him asking him when we could schedule the stump grinding….no answers till a week and half later after I got tired of being ghosted and hired a different company to come take care of the stumps( marks affordable stump grinding). I understand owing a business, that you can get busy and may lose track of messages and might have to reschedule things but the lack of communication is a deal breaker for me. I will say they did come and take care of the trees in a timely manner that’s the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one.
