Customer Reviews for JW Ballard Tree Service and Excavation

David ★★★★★

Our house had dense wooded area directly behind the house with ledge rock. Jason, Aaron and Mason were able to transform the area so that it is now ready for lawn seeding and it looks amazing. This was done in three stages: tree cutting and removal; stump removal; site preparation with cleanup, fill, and distribution of loam. Throughout each phase the team worked effectively and quickly . They are also very responsive to any questions and requests that you may have. I highly recommend using JW Ballard!

We were very pleased with our experience with JW Ballard. A large pine near the house was making us nervous so we contacted them for an estimate. We received a reasonable price and gave them the go ahead to do the removal. We expected the work to be done in a few weeks but were told that if they could fit it in, it would be done sooner. That sooner turned out to be the next day! The area was cleaned up and and couldn't be more please. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Jack C., Berwick

I recently bought a home in Rollinsford and really needed to get some trees removed. I saw someone post about a great job and experience she had with JW Ballard so I reached out via Facebook. They were responsive, very reasonable on price and the work was AMAZING! I hugged them before they left, I am simply in awe in how well it all went and looks!

Matt and his crew were out to remove a very tall pine tree from our backyard. They had all the necessary equipment and manpower because the tree was in a very inaccessible spot. The work was done quickly, safely, and for a very reasonable price considering it required a crane to reach it. Clean-up was so well done that one would never know they had been here! Matt was so polite, explained exactly what would be done and was such a pleasure to work with.

All I can say is wow! These guys are true tree service professionals. I had a dead tree that was surrounded by other trees and branches, along with an ornamental Chinese Maple at its base. They went in and surgically removed it without breaking any of the branches surrounding it, or the Chinese Maple. After which they cleaned up all the debris. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.
