Customer Reviews for Jarraff Industries

Nathaniel Goodwin ★★★★★

Matt in Parts was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sent me a manual for the job I needed to do and got the parts very fast. Everything was in stock.

Seth Lancaster ★★★★★

I'm a mechanic and work.on the Jarraff machines for a tree trimming company. The machines are decent quality, but their customer support is awful! We have to call three times in a row to get anybody to answer only to be told that they don't know how to diagnose the machine. They are rude and unprofessional and won't answer the phone at all if it is after 4 pm central time.

plumbing madness ★★★★★

Honestly, it's not their fault but whoever bought their equipment from them made a mess up and down my driveway. Sooo one star it is. Maybe they should take a long of the ones who buy from them and maybe put letters and numbers on the equipment that way when a customer calls they can get a member to whomever bought that unique piece of equipment

Melchiors was able to take care of my stump very quickly, from the initial inquiry to the cleaning up. Very well priced as well! I had a large stump from before I moved to the home, likely a Chinese Elm, and now I am able to use so much more of my yard. Thanks Melchiors!

I contacted many companies before hiring Sorenson and I am very pleased with my decision. The entire experience was fenomenal. From first contact until the very end of the project they were very friendly and professional. Things I want to highlight: **Quickness** They responded right away to my calls, texts and emails. They day of the job they were punctual and worked amazingly fast without risking excellence and care. **Professionalism** The machinery they brought was outstanding and the crew did a fantastic job from prep to clean up. **Caring** They are passionate about what they do. They care about the project as much as the relationship with the customer. Very impressed with their friendly and honest posture **Value** The level of service surpassed the price I payed. Now my neighbor is working with them. I highly recommend Sorenson for your project.

Tim Goettl came to my home and gave estimate one day after I called. I had 3 trees sawed down, 9 trimmed and one pruned. I can't wait till spring to see how much more beautiful our lawn will be.

I reached out to Molina Tree Service at 9am on a Saturday. Within hours Julio came out to my home and gave me a quote. The next week Julio returned and removed the branches of a Walnut tree that was touching/damaging my home. My overall experience with Molina Tree Service was phenomenal from beginning to end. I give them an A+ and I’d 100% do business with them again as well as recommend them to others.
