Zach and his crew did excellent work. We had a ~50ft spruce tree fall in our yard from a windstorm and they were over within a few days and knocked it out very quickly. Zach was very clear about what they were going to do and answered all my questions. The price was decent and they left the yard spotless. If I ever have another tree fall or need one taken down, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

I had used John's in the past few years and had positive experiences with their work on my underground irrigation and well. But...the last repair 3 years ago was $500 more than estimate quoted. I realize it was an estimate but to be over 70% higher was shocking. When I called to question the cost, I just got the run around. On top of cost, I am now having to have all the pipe replaced because of cheap materials they used. All the pipe cracked and other professionals that came to look at it could not believe what shoddy work they did. Never again!

I called and complained to which they claimed I still owed for that application I DIDNT approve of!
