Customer Reviews for Mark's Tree Service

Joseph Perricone ★★★★★

I’ve used Mark’s 3 times for 3 different sized jobs. One of the jobs was very large, 8 large trees that required a crane and they did the job seamlessly. All 3 times I was impressed with the service. The crew shows up early and worked professionally and cleaned up well when complete. Their prices are reasonable and seem to be better than most in the area.

Nicole Bradley ★★★★★

It is absolutely ridiculous how early this company came out to remove a tree for my neighbors yard. They woke up my entire house around 6:40 in the morning as they removed a tree. Pick a better time that is not going to disrupt others.

Skip Albright ★★★★★

These guys are the beat!! the price was very fair. they were on time. the did very nice work and cleaned up after themselves.

Jeremy responded quickly to my initial call, and came quickly to provide an estimate, which was fairly priced for the work. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would. Rare for workmen these days.

Never showed up. Reached out to them because they told me they'd be at my property at 7am. Waited until 6:45 pm as I'm writing the review. Do NOT trust the inflated reviews. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I sent an text at 2, 4, 5 and 6pm cause I was starting to worry. His exact words "I will be there today don't worry." The reason was I was worried was that another tree removal company ghosted me and wasted my whole day exactly like this. After waiting from 7am to 7pm for a no show, I'm starting to lose faith in honest folks/businesses. I'd rather know if you cannot show up so I can have peace of mind it'll be rescheduled.

You can stop searching for tree guys. JJ’s Professional Tree and Stump service is incredibly easy to work with. We communicated mostly by text and they did the job quickly and perfectly. They gave me a very fair rate for the removal of my large double trucked apple tree that was growing through my power lines. They even cleaned it up and left without a trace! 5 bright shining stars! Thank you guys!
