Customer Reviews for Payne County Tree Service

Keith Berry ★★★★★

Fantastic tree service company. The trimmed and cleaned up 8 trees in our yard and took down a huge Maple that had the center rotted out before it came down on our house. They also ground out the stump from the Maple. The worker were friendly, hard working and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done. We could not be happier and highly recommend Payne County Tree Service.

LeAnne Traybsza ★★★★★

This is an honest, reasonably priced tree service provider. The employees are professionals who do an amazing job of removing trees, stumps, and over hanging limbs. They cleaned up after themselves. You can’t even tell that they were here except that the three trees are gone. I highly recommend them for your tree needs.

Michele Honeyman ★★★★★

The owner of the business, Rick, is very honest and reliable. He came out late Friday afternoon and looked at the rotten tree that was hanging over my roof. He was so concerned about Monday’s storm that he got his crew out here on Monday. Awesome response!

Dave and his team are the best tree service in town. They came promptly and surveyed our property n gave us a good quote for the amount of work that was needed. They were professional in every aspect of their work. Within the same week we received the quote the work was finished. They cleaned up every tree and bush around our property. I can highly recommend their tree service. I look forward to using these guys again! The neighbors have seen the work you guys done so I believe you will be getting more business from them too. One neighbor thought u belonged to the city tree ppl haha due to all the high end equipment they used. Thank you so much for the excellent work.

We had a tree planted and my wife was given a verbal one year warranty on the tree. The tree died. We called to get a replacement tree and they claimed that they didn't give us a warranty. After a lot of back and forth the company said that they would replace the tree in good faith. However it has now been almost 3-4 months since contacting them and they still have yet to replace our tree and they are no longer returning our phone calls or texts. I guess we will just eat that 600 dollars. NEVER again will we hire them for ANYTHING !!!

Arbor Solutions is a top notch, professional team. They have very systematic work processes. You end up with great trees planted correctly and straight. We spoke with Randall, the owner at great length and he is very very knowledgeable about trees, shrubs and even flowers. Great team to deal with. We highly recommend them.
