Customer Reviews for Runnels Tree LLC

Liv Norris ★★★★★

An old tree had to be removed on Queen Anne and we watched as Runnel did a great job. They had passed out flyers to neighbors, offering a free estimate. We had an old 50’ spruce tree leaning towards our 1928 house, so Mike came and talked to us. He offered us a GREAT price! They arrived next day on time, had the tree limbed, taken down and completely cleaned up our yard in under 2 hours. No breakage to other plants at all. HIGHLY recommend RUNNEL!!!

Had a monstrous Himalayan pine with 3-4 tops close to 100 ft leaning over the house and had Runnels Tree guys bring it down. They were fast and professional with competitive rates AND, they are licensed and bonded which is a must! If you need HUGE trees removed, don’t go with the uninsured because they’re prices may be lower, go with confidence and Runnels!

We hired them because we are new to the Rogue Valley and since we had no direct referrals available I picked them based on their killer reviews. They lived up it it... They were easy to work with, scheduled the work right away, were pleasant and effective while onsite doing the work, and payment was easy. We'll be using them going forward for sure.

The guys were prompt in arriving , when I was told when they’d be here. The crew of 3 were fun to watch, as I could tell they have worked together for a long time. They were perceptive to each other, as to what each was doing. Definitely safety conscious!!!!! They took the top of the tree down, and it fell/ placed it right on top of the burn pile! Since they were here, I had them take another tree down, that was essentially dead. Because we are elderly, the guys were able to stack the wood, near where the other tree was. They cleaned up, and stacked the wood where it can now be managed by us. I would recommend them to anyone, needing this work. Great business!

Bradford and his crew took down a couple of dozen trees surrounding my house, working efficiently and harmoniously with the land and the rest of the forest. Not a branch touched my house or deck. I spent hours in awe of his expertise and calm quietude as he worked each tree with precision and ease. He's also a great communicator and shows up on time. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work expended, and left the worksite super clean. I recommend him heartily!
