We used this tree service after a storm to get a large pine tree removed. He verbally quoted us and changed his quote twice all in one day. He did a fine job in tree removal process, but we felt gouged by his multiple quotes and the final payment amount. And after paying enough to get the tree removed we are still left with the stump needing to be removed. We paid enough that the stump should have been removed also.

WE CAN NOT THANK CHRIS ENOUGH!!! He saved our butts!! We had hired another Tree Service out of Brookings to come out to remove a large 70 foot cottonwood here on Lake Madison. We are on a very strict schedule. We had to remove our old home and before we can replace with the new one we had have the cotton wood removed. We had this tree service lined up for months and they came out the first day and did little work. Then when I called for them to come back they said they did not have time us and that we had to find some else. They just dumped us like that!
