Jaden was our answer to saving our trees but trimming the huge branches that were a danger to our roof. His expertise, safety precautions, diligence and knowledge of the job were all superb! His friendly personality made it easy to communicate with him and his fees were reasonable and fair. People came by and stopped to watch him masterfully climb our trees using ropes and amazing agility. Two people booked him on the spot and others want his card. We will have him back for any future work. While his business is in Tennessee, his family lives in Champaign, IL and so he accepts jobs here when visiting family. Edwards Tree Service has helped us out a couple of times over the years. Jaden, the owner, did such a good job the first time we asked him to help us out again. First time involved him trimming up all our trees and bushes. This recent time he removed our huge Spruce tree. His experience shows in the way he skillfully and meticulously performs his craft. Jaden and Edwards Tree Service are highly recommended! My home had a tree that split and fell while I was away out of town. Jaden responded quickly to my call and within a few days of my return was out with his crew to take care of it. Professional and personable, he provided a clear and fair estimate covering everything we discussed with no hidden surprises. They arrived on time and began work immediately, and performed an excellent job of taking down the remaining tree and cleaning up the debris from the fallen tree. This was my first time using a tree service of any kind, and I simply chose Jaden and Edwards Tree Service based upon their outstanding reviews. They were hired to cut down 2 trees and trim one. At first they refused to give me a time frame when they would be there. Then after they told me 2 weeks (was told this on a Sunday) they sent a text the next day stating they would be there. I work so didn’t have it scheduled off. Had to hurry to take off work to make sure I could get there. They didn’t show up until after 2:30 when they said they would be there that morning. Next the guy (Samuel) that runs the company I guess decided to play around in his little toy (he is on video) and rip up my yard. Don’t think they realized I had cameras in the back yard and all around my house. They dropped a tree threw my fence and took me threatening court and actually calling the court house to find out what I need to do and pricing to file a claim to get them to come and fix it. Took them a MONTH! They fixed the slats across in the first week but never put the planks up for the fence. Makes no sense! I have dogs which made it hard. He tried to deny it at first but I was nice enough to send him a video of them dropping it through the fence. WOULD NEVER HIRE AGAIN!!! Would upload the video but it will not allow me.

Back in April we had tree removal and other yard services from The Busy Beaver Tree Service. We have had Linda (the owner) do work for us for over 20 years and never had an issue previously. we had one tree cut down and a few branches removed from our other trees. We paid them $1000 in full to remove those trees, the branches AND for a stump removal. They said that they would return to do the stump removal the week of and never came back. We’ve contacted them numerous times since then and she has just brushed us under the rug and told me that she’s had “equipment issues and personal issues” going on. Her business should be her number one priority especially when people have paid you for services you haven’t completed. the issue is the fact that none of this is true as she’s been continuing services for other people even in our own neighborhood yet has not contacted us whatsoever. We’ve heard excuse after excuse yet their company was working literally a street down from mine. she has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and I’ve also seen other reviews from people that have had almost the exact same experience with her and it is now October almost and she had since April so there’s no excuses especially when you’re working at other houses entire time, so I suggest that none of you use this business thank you.

There was a barrier to stop chips, raking, smoothing of the dirt around the trunk mound, and additional dirt and tamping where the stump used to be.
