Customer Reviews for Moreno Tree Service

Mike Andrews ★★★★★

This company was very quick to respond to a fallen tree in my yard from hurricane Beryl. They did a good job at removing all the debris and grinding down the stump. The price was fair for the amount of work it took to do the job.

What a wonderful job today! Everything was professional and trustworthy! (Being a single parent of a disabled child, that truly means something.) Moreno Tree Service took down a dead 25-30 feet oak tree in my front yard right beside my house and ground seven stumps in my backyard. They showed up on time with a six person crew and all the equipment necessary to take down the tree. After seven hours of work, they left no evidence they were here except a pile of mulch. I could not have asked for more. As for price, I got three quotes from different companies and all were comparable, but Mr. Moreno’s was the most comprehensive and competitive. Also, while he was here, he ended up getting some additional stump grinding work from the neighbors!

Brad's crew did an amazing job at cutting down our tree and trimming another tree of ours. We are unable to get on our roof so after everything was completed my husband asked them if they could blow off our roof on the house an garage will they gladly did! We are very pleased with the job that they did

This company is amazing. Each person we dealt with are professional, kind, patient, and informative. They showed up early on the start date and worked hard all day. The crew checked in with us throughout the process to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They took time to explain the impact to each tree and how to care for them. This is not just a tree company but Josh is an arborist. They truly know what they are doing. Last but not least, the beautiful outcome. We are seeing scenary at our home in a fantastic way. They made our trees beautiful again. I highly recommend Country Trees. It is well worth the money.

This is the second time I used them and their work is excellent. The reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because I was not happy with the way they handled the postponement of the job. We scheduled 3 weeks in advance and were nervous about the limb that was hanging from the tree that was to be removed. Some really big storms came through the week prior to our appointment and had I not followed up to see if we still on the schedule, I don't think I would have known that they were pushing our appointment back to handle emergencies. I understand that there were people who were in dire need of assistance, I just wanted to feel that as a returning customer, I was valued, too, especially since the hanging limb could potentially cause more damage to the fence.

First Class company. The crew I had did a great job: exceeded my expectations. I usually always trim my own trees but it was getting to be too much so I decided to hire someone to take care of it. After seeing how they did it now I realize I have been doing it wrong all these years. Recommend them.
