This company does great work and offers reasonable pricing but is unresponsive and lacks a sense of urgency. Took them nearly a month to start the job of cutting down 2 trees and grinding the stumps. It took so long that I ended up cutting down one of trees myself to speed the process in preparation for another project that was nearing. I informed the owner, but again, with no response. He didn't even bother to amend the original price to deduct even a fraction of the cost to remove the tree that I had already cut down. I recommend you find another company to take care of your important projects.

I had one big tree and one HUGE TREE in my small backyard that were both sick and had to go. I gathered numerous quotes. Jeff was one of the few who actually spent the time to show up in person. He considered not only the trees that I had top of mind, but also reviewed other needs in I had around the other sides of the house. He included a DETAILED QUOTE that I could pick and choose from, he INCLUDED HIS INSURANCE info with the quote. Despite quoting me on more work than others, the estimate still came out the same or less than others. Reviews on YELP were VERY POSITIVE. They completed the job quickly and to PERFECTION! No damage to the fences! They cleaned up when they were done. They were happy to leave me with the logs I requested (for woodworking purposes). They have their own wood chipper they bring to site. It's a very professional and hard working team. Definitely get a quote from these guys! I'm very happy with everything I got by hiring them! Thanks Jeff and Team!

Do not hire this substandard company. This company is more concerned with finishing the job than doing quality work. I had the company do tree clearance away from my roof and trim my bushes. Once the job was completed, they told me to call if I was not satisfied. I walked around and found leaves they left in the yard and street, so I called Jake. I told Jake that I was not happy with the cleanup, all he did was minimize my concerns. He told me they'd spent hours over there and his boss told him it was time to move on to the next job, never mind, I paid him over $1k to complete a job. It's not my fault they under estimated the time to complete the job. Jake told me that he was now 40 minutes away and neither he nor his guys were coming back. I would NEVER hire Texas Hill Country Trees again and highly recommend you don't either.
