Customer Reviews for Twisted Timbers Tree Care

Hire them! Professional, organized, safe, efficient and more than fair on pricing. This was the best choice we've ever made in tree removal over the last 24 years!

Once again, Jason and his crew carried out this tree removal with the utmost care. Two feet from the base of the tree is a very old, but thriving, rosebush that was transplanted from my great-grandfather's homeplace in upstate New York. I'm very pleased to say not a petal was harmed! :-) They also used a technique I'd never seen before, as shown in the attached pictures, of dropping the last section of the trunk onto logs to prevent damage to the parking area. It went just as planned and was pretty amazing to watch! With this most recent job, we had to have six trees removed over the course of two days and even though they were working in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees, they insisted on clearing all debris and the area was left in beautiful condition. They are friendly, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, fairly and competitively priced, have a great attention to detail and customer service is very important to them. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!!

We couldn't be happier with Jason and his crew. They did a great job taking down 6 trees, one of them very large. They cleaned up as they went along and took care to make sure I was happy 😊. I was very pleased with all of their hard work.

I was referred by a key source to Big O for a major limb removal over my house, a cedar take-down and some additional pruning. Prior to this the owner was very prompt, thorough, patient and flexible in working up phases of estimates based on my changing needs. He is always readily reached for discussion. The rates are competitive, the work superior, and the crew very professional and courteous. I will refer Big O to my neighborhood association and be using them again.

We’ve used Albemarle Tree Care twice now and will continue to call on Ross for all of our tree care. The first time, he took down several trees, including one that 2 other tree companies said they could not remove due to its size and location. The second time he removed a large decaying pine. Each time, he was professional, thorough, and cleaned up the areas before leaving. At my request, he evaluates the health of my trees and recommends trimming or removing as needed.

So much gratitude for Kris and his team at Cox's Tree Service. They removed an enormous dead Honey Locust tree from our yard (RIP Helga) in one day, after 3 other local tree companies quoted us a much higher price or just straight up said they couldn't do it. The tree was a) YUGE, and b) in a very hard-to-reach part of our backyard, which complicated the work indefinitely.
