We could not be more pleased with the work the A+ Tree and Crane Service crew did! We unfortunately didnβt catch anyoneβs names as we had another crew working on the house at the same time. The whole process from receiving a quote to scheduling the work to the team that showed up was seamless. Team to quote came out the next day (I submitted a request online in the evening after hours) and had a very competitive quote that once was approved they were able to schedule a crew the next day. The team worked quickly and was flexible to meet my last minute request to save some of the limbs - we were having a willow oak trimmed and my husband wanted some wood to smoke with. I canβt believe how good the yard now looks or how quickly they took care of the project. Last but not least the crew took excellent care of a baby squirrel nest they found and I appreciate so much not only the care for the job and property but also nature around them. Would recommend to anyone and if we need tree services again they will be my first call!
We had a swath of trees get wiped out and were on the hunt for a knowledgeable person to diagnose the issue and help with preventing it again in the future. We took to some forums online and that's when we stumbled across Zeb from Leaf & Limb. From the moment we reached out, Zeb was incredibly professional, friendly and thorough in assessing our situation. He got on the phone with me afterhours, diagnosed our problem and helped us with creating a solution for replanting. Highly recommend the folks at Leaf & Limb!
After getting no less than 10 tree removal estimates for a huge, and I mean HUGE white oak tree that was dying in my backyard, I chose Guzman Brothers. The cost of tree removal, really no matter what the company, is expensive, and so I had wanted to find a company that would not ownly allow me to keep the oak, but cut it up for me so that I could cure it and use it next winter. There was a definite miscommunication between my and the person I had been dealing with, and I discovered shortly into the tree removal that they were not at all expecting to do anything but cut up some of the branches, while it was my understanding that they were going to split the trunk pieces into firewood. It became clear as I continued communicating with Cynthia (I think this is the owners wife ) that this is not something that they were at all used to doing, and that in fact, they felt like they might be taking a loss in terms of man hours etc. HOWEVER, DESPITE THIS, they were amazing in sticking to the original expectations that I had and they sent their guys back over the second day to split up what was a huge tree. I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service. Despite my getting a bit aggravated and testy at time, Cynthia remained calm, explained everything very matter of factly, and repeatedly said, "we will make this right." Every member of the crew and customer service crew were consummate professionals and it was extremely clear that their customers come first. I will be using them again and I highly, highly recommend them!
Joey, Neil and the others worked so hard to remove three large oak trees from my property. They are so awesome to work with and I will be recommending them to others and using them in the future. Thanks for all your hard work!
Hands down best tree removal service. Randy comes through every single time. Thank you Kiker for my yesterdays and tomorrows!
Fast service great job!! Crew is friendly would recommend highly!! Came today the second time. The crew is awesome. Everything was clean, like nothing happened. Even had a few laughs. We really appreciate the work they do. Thanks for everything!
We have hired Justin and his crew for several tree projects and each time they have done an amazing job removing numerous tall trees (60-120 footers) near our home, one of which had been struck by lightning a year earlier and was dead on one side. They always work meticulously and complete the projects exactly as we ask. Some projects were to drop and remove multiple trees completely, some were to drop and partially remove with the exception of one tree that we requested the trunk be left. Their pricing is very fair, especially for the level of service they provide. I highly recommend Justin Dugan's Tree Service to anyone looking for safe and professional tree work for their own property.
